- Formspree Inc. — our form submission service provider, which processes form data on our behalf to deliver your submission to our email inbox. Formspree processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy
- Prop Data — the property listing platform used by LIVE Real Estate, which may hold listing-related information
- Regulatory authorities — where required by law, including the PPRA and SARS
Where we share information with third-party service providers, we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information in a manner consistent with POPIA.
6. How long we keep your information
We retain personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law:
- Enquiries that do not proceed to a transaction — up to 12 months from your last contact with us, after which your information will be deleted or anonymised
- Completed property transactions — up to 5 years from the date of registration of transfer, as required for professional indemnity and regulatory compliance
- Newsletter subscribers — until you unsubscribe, at which point your information will be removed from our mailing list
